Bartonville, TX Luxury Smart Home: Invisible Technology for an Analog Design
Bartonville, TX

Elite Pro Technology is delivering a fully integrated luxury smart home in Bartonville, TX in partnership with Hayhurst Brothers Homes. The home has a timeless, analog character, with advanced lighting, shading, audio, video and automation built in quietly behind it.
The Project
The challenge in Bartonville wasn't simply adding smart home features. It was integrating a complex set of modern systems into a home with a very specific emotional and visual identity. The home has more than 600 linear feet of LED lighting, fully motorized drapes and shades, distributed audio and video, hidden speaker systems and occupancy-based lighting automation, with carefully layered lighting accents throughout the interior.
The homeowner and design team also wanted the home to feel tactile, warm and unmistakably analog. That meant blending advanced automation with finishes and interfaces that feel natural to the space, including brass knob-style controls tied to a sophisticated digital backbone.
The Home
This project combines rustic warmth and classic materials with a very high level of digital integration. The interior is rich and detailed, with spaces such as a full parlor bar room and a dedicated wine room, complete with solid walnut shelving, brass knobs and an old-world feel.
The designer's goal wasn't to showcase technology. It was to preserve the home's character and let modern systems fade into the background. Every control decision, lighting placement and equipment choice had to support the architecture rather than compete with it.
The Approach
Elite Pro Technology worked from one guiding principle: the technology should be virtually invisible. Every system was planned to support the way the home looks and feels. Lighting was designed for function, for mood and for architectural emphasis. Audio was integrated discreetly into rocks, walls and surrounding elements, so the listening experience stays immersive without visual distraction. Window treatments, lighting scenes and environmental controls respond naturally to the home and the people living in it.
Design Meets Technology
Traditional materials and tactile finishes are paired with advanced automation here. The design leans on warmth, craftsmanship and analog charm, while the infrastructure beneath it is highly sophisticated. Instead of asking the homeowner to adapt to technology, the technology adapts to the home. Lighting presets respond automatically, shades move quietly in the background, and audio and video are available where needed without interrupting the design.
The Result
This residence shows that high-performance home technology doesn't have to feel cold, modern or intrusive. It can support a home that feels classic, lived-in and personal. A custom tunable white LED backlighting panel behind the Cristallo wall creates a striking illuminated effect. It brings out the natural depth and character of the stone and lets the ambiance shift with the space.
