1. Sponsor

Elite Pro Technology (also known as L33 Tech), Bridgeport, Texas ("Sponsor").

2. No Purchase Necessary

No purchase, payment, or contract of any kind is required to nominate a charity or to win. Nominating does not improve or reduce a charity's chance of being selected.

3. Giveaway Period

The giveaway begins November 1, 2026 and ends December 5, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Central Time. Nominations received outside this period are not eligible.

4. Who Can Nominate

Anyone 18 or older may nominate a charity. Owners, employees, and contractors of the Sponsor, and members of their immediate households, may not nominate or be nominated.

5. Eligible Charities

A charity must be a registered nonprofit organization in good standing in the United States. The Sponsor may verify nonprofit status and may disqualify any nomination that cannot be verified. Charities that are owned by, or have a financial relationship with, the Sponsor or its owners and employees are not eligible.

6. How to Enter

Complete the entry form on this page with your first name, email address, the charity's name, website and phone number, a contact person at the charity, and why you are nominating it. You can also nominate by commenting the charity's name on an official giveaway post on the Sponsor's social media pages; the Sponsor may follow up for additional details. Each charity is entered into the drawing once, no matter how many people nominate it.

7. Prize

One (1) winning charity will receive one (1) year of Platinum Managed Service from the Sponsor at no charge. The approximate retail value depends on the size of the organization and is estimated between $30,000 and $50,000. The prize has no cash value, cannot be transferred or exchanged, and covers services only. Taxes, if any, are the responsibility of the winner. Final scope of services will be confirmed with the winning charity in writing.

8. Winner Selection

The winning charity will be selected by random drawing from all eligible nominated charities. The drawing will be conducted by the Sponsor's representatives and recorded on video. The video will be posted on the Sponsor's LinkedIn page on December 16, 2026. The drawing is a recording and is not a live event. The Sponsor's decisions on all matters related to the giveaway are final.

9. Winner Notification

The Sponsor will contact the winning charity (and the person who nominated it, where possible) on December 16, 2026, using the contact information provided. The charity must confirm acceptance within seven (7) days. If the charity declines, can't be reached, or is found ineligible, the Sponsor may select another charity at random.

10. Proof of Prize Delivery

By accepting the prize, the winning charity agrees that the Sponsor may publish a video, letter, or written announcement confirming the prize, including the charity's name and logo, on LinkedIn and other Sponsor channels.

11. Privacy

Information collected through the entry form is used to administer the giveaway and to contact entrants about it. The Sponsor may also contact entrants and nominated charities about its services; recipients can opt out at any time. The Sponsor does not sell personal information. See our Privacy Policy.

12. General Conditions

The Sponsor may modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor outside its control affects the fairness or operation of the giveaway. The Sponsor may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules. This giveaway is void where prohibited by law.

13. Social Media Disclaimer

This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by LinkedIn, Facebook, X, Alignable, or any other social platform. Entrants release these platforms from any liability related to the giveaway.
