Keller, TX Luxury Smart Home: Invisible Tech for a Multi-Generational Estate

Keller, TX

Exterior of the custom luxury home in Keller, TX where Elite Pro Technology installed the integrated smart home systems

Elite Pro Technology partnered with Magnolia Property Company and the homeowner on an 8,400 square foot custom home in Keller, TX. We delivered integrated audio, video, networking, control and theater systems that perform at a high level and stay out of sight.

The Vision

This Keller home was designed for daily life at a high level. The homeowner wanted convenience, entertainment and control in one system that still felt durable, intuitive and easy to live with. Because the owner travels frequently, full remote access from anywhere in the world was essential. Just as important, the technology had to be dependable enough that the family wouldn't need to manage or troubleshoot it.

The Home

Designed and built by Magnolia Property Company, this 8,400 square foot residence includes a four-bedroom private home on the second floor and an attached two-bedroom mother-in-law house. It also has four-car and two-car garages, multiple executive home offices, a wine room and a screened outdoor patio, all in a traditional architectural style. The property supports both family life and work from home, so the technology had to serve many different spaces without becoming intrusive.Smart home technology project in Keller, TX by Elite Pro Technology

The Challenge

The challenge wasn't just adding technology. It was making a large, highly connected home feel simple and dependable. The owner wanted broad integration with minimal friction: whole-home entertainment, strong Wi-Fi, outdoor living support, intercom access, content protection for children and remote control from mobile devices. The systems also had to be robust and family-friendly, while delivering premium performance in shared living areas, private spaces and outdoor entertainment zones.

The most demanding piece was the home theater. Because it sits in the center of the house, it needed top-tier Dolby Atmos performance without sound bleeding into the rest of the home. That took intentional room design, acoustic isolation and careful coordination during construction.

The Solution

Elite Pro Technology designed and installed the home's integrated systems with a focus on reliability, ease of use and long-term livability. The home has 14 screens that can be controlled independently or in groups. An in-ceiling speaker system plays music from the owner's phone to individual or combined living spaces, and the screened outdoor patio has a full theater sound system and solar shades.

The dedicated theater features a 100-inch OLED display and a Dolby Atmos 7.1 surround system with fully integrated, concealed speakers. To keep the listening experience from affecting nearby rooms, we designed the room with secondary walls, acoustic insulation and decoupling.

For everyday convenience, each bedroom has TV parental controls, and the Wi-Fi network includes web content filtering to help protect children from inappropriate content. The video intercom opens the front gates from the kitchen touchpad or the mobile app. Eight Wi-Fi 7 access points and 65 hardwired connections support TVs, printers, cameras and other devices.Integrated home technology in a custom Keller, TX residence

The Outcome

The finished system gives the homeowner powerful control over entertainment, connectivity and comfort without making the home feel technical. Music, video, theater and the intercom all work together in a way that supports everyday living instead of complicating it.

The home delivers on the owner's core expectation: technology that is reliable, easy to use and built for real life. It supports a busy family, multiple living zones, remote access and executive work-from-home needs, while staying durable, intuitive and well integrated into the home.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do you keep a home theater from disturbing the rest of the house?

In this Keller home the theater sits at the center of the house, so we built secondary walls, added acoustic insulation and used decoupling methods to keep Dolby Atmos sound contained in the room.

Can a smart home be controlled while the owner travels?

Yes. The homeowner travels often, so the system gives full remote access from anywhere in the world, plus local control from in-wall touchscreens and mobile devices.

How do you protect children's viewing in a connected home?

Each bedroom has TV parental controls, and the Wi-Fi network uses web content filtering to help block inappropriate content.

Who supports the system after installation?

The home is covered by Elite Pro Technology's service and support plan, so the system stays stable and easy for the family to use.
